The EM-1000 End Mill is an automated end mill equipped with a high-speed precision spindle and custom carbide cutter, which strokes horizontally to fabricate the ends of various precut profiles.

- 1/2” Filter/Regulator with OSHA compliant lockout/tagout
- Coalescing air filter
- Machine lubrication - Grease fittings at each linear bearing
- Equipped with a 4hp (3400rpm) motor (Keyed 30mm Spindle)
- Motor carriage rides on precision ground rails and linear bearings
- Pneumatically activated by Air/Oil cylinder
- Manually adjustable flow control on cutter stroke cylinder
- Electrical: 240V AC(20A – 3 Phase) or 480V AC(15A – 3 Phase)
- Fusible disconnect with OSHA compliant lockout
- Controls – PLC control system
